Refunds & Returns

Returns

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

We accept return claims only for:

  • Misprinted items
  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Packages lost in transit

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, the item will be replaced at no cost to you, and return shipping will be covered.

Customers in Brazil may return items within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged.

Sealed goods (such as face masks) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Any returned sealed goods will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipping or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, colour, or style. Because each item is custom‑made, exchanges are not supported.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment may be returned.
You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed shipments that are returned will also require reshipment costs.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted to production.
Production begins very quickly—often within minutes of checkout—and cannot be paused or reversed.

For this reason, we do not offer cancellations after an order is placed.
